The entrepreneurial, and filthy rich Figjam, is at it again!
To his surprise, the Tourists on the inaugural Figjam Cruises Mystery Cruise had so much fun, the word spread quickly, and in the space of a few short months, the Mystery Cruises were now booked out months in advance.
Bouyed, (no pun intended), by this success, Figjam decided to expand his travel enterprises, by catering for those with busy lives and limited time, who prefer plane or coach tours to a cruise.
It also gave him the chance to get some value from that useless crew (including the Captain), from that inaugural cruise, whom he had since banned from stepping aboard any of his cruise ships following their unsuccessful efforts to execute his devious plans for that cruise. To make sure nothing goes wrong this time, Figjam sends his new girlfriend Lorelei along on the tour, just to keep an eye on things.
Hence the Captain and his crew are now relegated to hosting a group of tourists on a weekend 'Queensland Quickie Coach Tour' in Queensland. The group includes a number of Tourists from that initial Mystery Cruise, who were specially invited by Figjam, at really, really, really, really cheap prices for this tour. After all, since these Tourists made the Mystery Cruises such a success, why couldn't they do the same for his new Quickie Coach Tour.
But the Captain has plans of his own!
Devoid of any bonuses since the last cruise, he is struggling to keep his new love Sandra in the manner to which she would like to become accustomed, and is determined to get back at Figjam for putting him in this position. The presence of Lorelei on the tour gives him just the opportunity he is seeking.
With the help of two inconspicuous cohorts in crime, he plans to kidnap Lorelei and hold her for ransom, a plan almost guaranteed of success.
The show begins at the bus departure lounge at the airport, where delays cause the tour buses to get a late start. When the bus gets bogged, the tour party sees a light in the darkness, and seeks refuge with the mysterious owner in a rather strange, rambling mansion.
However their strange host also has a few plans of his own!
Amidst a plethora of characters that have certain unintended similarities to some well known horror films, the plot unfolds, leaving our tour party making decisions that will change their lives forever.
But in the light of day, our tour party is in for a few (more) shocking surprises.
